Parker Freedman, a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Business, started his career with a large Fortune 100 company in 1989 as a field Account Representative in marketing. This business to business marketing group merged into the company' s credit division where he enhanced his knowledge of business information. In 1992, he acquired his license in credit insurance. In January of 1996 he left this Fortune 100 company and founded ARI . Parker brokers for major carriers in receivable insurance, as well as other lines. Steven has dealt with credit insurance from all sides, as a sales executive for a major monoline credit insurance carrier, as a specialty broker of all trade credit insurance policies, as a senior executive with a multi-billion dollar lender specializing in receivable financing and, very importantly, as a customer of multiple credit insurance companies.
A few years after graduating from Rutgers University with degrees in Economics and Psychology, he joined the leading credit insurance company as a sales agent in New York City. In 1991 he relocated to South Florida and was promoted to Sales Vice President. He originally joined ARI in 2001 before taking a senior management position at one of the countries largest Asset Based Lenders. Steven rejoined ARI Global in the beginning of 2010 as Executive Vice President.
Gene Goudy is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Business Administration. He spent over thirteen years in a variety of demanding credit positions. As Director of Regional Credit for a $4 billion distribution firm, Mr. Goudy was responsible for over 40,000 accounts, a staff of 83 and assets in excess of $200 million. In each position Mr. Goudy has held, sales have increased while credit operations became more efficient and effective.
This management expertise was partially developed through many years of participation and involvement with the NACM (National Association of Credit Managers). Mr. Goudy retains the Certified Credit Executive designation, and is a graduate of the NACM Graduate School of Credit held at Dartmouth. He has been a chairman and board advisor for NACM industry groups. Additionally, he is a published author and contributor to the NACM website content, the NACM Business Credit magazine, The Asset Based Finance Journal, Secured Lender and Credit Today.
Mr. Goudy has provided educational seminars for credit personnel over the past 15 years. He has spoken or been a panelist at both the 2004 and 2005 National NACM conferences as well as numerous CRF and local NACM meetings, including a “webinar” for the East Coast NACM. Mr. Goudy is an internationally recognized speaker on Trade Credit Risk and is a past instructor for the NACM Graduate School held at Dartmouth.

Mike has spent over twenty years working in the areas of financial services and business-to-business commerce. He began his career in 1987 with Dun & Bradstreet Information Services. His background includes experience in business-to-business market strategies, industry forecasting and e-commerce trend analysis.
Marselli holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association of Financial Professional, and also is recognized as a Professional Research Certification, Expert Level by the Market Research Association. Steve has over 25 years experience with a wide variety of positions and industries. He comes to ARI with an Engineering degree from Penn State and a MBA from the University of Chicago. After several years as an engineer in operations, economics and planning, both in Caribbean and domestic refineries, he attended the top rated University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
After receiving his MBA, Steve built his expertise in sales, management, consulting and business ownership. He was a top sales producer for major international corporations before working as a consultant for physicians, business owners and government officials.
With licenses in real estate, property and casualty insurance, Steve brings a unique combination of consultative, results driven business acumen to ARI.

Art Warner received his BS from the New York Institute of Technology.
He started his career in 1972 with one of New York City's large banks, helping develop a new product division, while building a substantial clientele.
He then worked for 30 years with a large monoline insurance carrier. Art was recognized as a consistent top performer in new business development. In addition, he hired, trained, and managed a network of sales agents.
Art is thrilled to bring his many years expertise in domestic and export credit insurance to ARI.
He sits on the Board of Directors of the Florida Export Finance Corporation, and carries a license for Property & Casualty.

Jeff Mangano, a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a business degree in Marketing, brings over 15 years of National and Major Account sales and account mangagement experience to ARI.
Jeff began his career in the printing industry, working for the world's largest printer, where he was recognized and honored as one of the company's top New Business Development specialists in the Midwest region. He then worked with a midwest printer for over a decade, delivering custom solutions that fit into his clients' unique budget requirements.

Forrest McMillan has spent 7 years working in solution sales and credit management. Most recently, he managed credit for a steel manufacturer with revenues in excess of $5 billion. Peter Levine holds degrees in business, management science and finance from several universities, including the University of West Florida, West Coast University and California Coast University.
He started his career in 1970 with a major mono-line insurer as sales agent and was the first agent in their Western Region to be appointed Sales Vice President. He retired from this company at the end of 2002 and during his long career, won numerous awards as a top producer, both nationally and as the leading producer in the Western Region.
He also has taught business and finance courses at several colleges and universities and is currently an adjunct for Union Institute and University, Cincinnati, OH, in the distance learning department. Peter joined ARI in 2003 and holds fire and casualty insurance licenses in CA and NV.

Steven Feinstein
Steve attended Wayne State College and the University of Minnesota. He began his business career as sales manager for a textile distributing firm and soon became President of a private textile distributing firm.
He worked in the financial services sector as a stock broker and later as an employee benefit consultant. Steve's broad range of experience, and more specifically 8 years with one of the largest credit insurance companies in the world, where he was recognized as a top performer, gives him the background to aid in providing business solutions for credit insurance.
Additionally, Steve is licensed for Property and Casualty Insurance.
Richard Day holds a Marketing degree from Jacksonville University and a Masters in Management from Boston University, Brussels, Belgium. He has worked in sales and sales management in the medical devices, furniture and financial services industries. He also spent over a decade in Europe. He is also bilingual, speaking German.
He spent five years with one of the world's largest credit insurers and the last five years as an independent broker helping companies in the Pacific Northwest region to increase their sales and mitigate their trade risks.
He has served on the board of the World Trade Club-Seattle, the UW Friends of Germanics Dept. and a member of the World Trade Center-Tacoma. He has been active in the trade community speaking on the subject of trade risk mitigation and doing business with Germany. He has spoken for such diverse groups as the World Trade Center-Tacoma, Central Washington Univ. Export Certification Program, University of Washington, WSA, NACM, Seattle Trade Development Alliance, International Trade Alliance and many other trade groups. He has also written numerous articles about credit insurance for regional trade publications.
